Project Manager (Experience: 10+ years)

Role Summary:
As a Project Manager at IIDC, you will lead complex architectural projects from initiation to closeout. You will oversee project planning, client coordination, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and construction administration—ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

IIDC seeks an Interior Designer with a strong grasp of aesthetics, functionality, and user well-being in healthcare environments. You’ll drive design development, manage FF&E selection, and ensure execution aligns with design intent and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior layouts from concept to delivery
  • Create mood boards, material palettes, and specifications
  • Lead design reviews, client meetings, and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and durability norms
  • Conduct site visits and resolve design-execution gaps

Role Summary:
The Graphic Designer at IIDC will support visual communication across projects and brand platforms. From brochures and presentations to social media creatives, your role is to maintain visual consistency while delivering engaging design assets. Past experience of working with an Architectural Firm is of an added advantage.

  • Design marketing collaterals, presentations, and infographics
  • Develop visuals aligned with brand identity and project themes
  • Maintain and organize digital assets and templates
  • Support design needs of teams for project documentation
  • Stay updated with design trends and tools

Desired Skills:

  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and composition
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple visuals

  • Exposure to built environment/architecture sector preferred

Software Proficiency:
